We named our restaurant Argaj for a specific reason.

The goal of my work, here behind the scenes in the kitchen, is to ensure you leave the table feeling content and satisfied.

To ensure you eat well: by serving dishes that suit your palate and perhaps surprising you a little every now and then.

But in my view of cuisine, this is not enough.

A journey in constant evolution

Culinary ideas often stem from an ingredient, a scent, a memory, or a wine tasted by chance. From there, one begins to experiment with combinations, textures, and cooking methods. A process that inevitably intersects with the rhythm of the seasons and their produce.

    Astonishing menu with unexpected combinations of food , I am truly surprised it does not have a Michelin distinction having visited many bib gourmands and star restaurants. The atmosphere inside is nice and simple with the only drawback- parking lot just in front of. I wish they would plant some trees as the view behind is amazing.

    A really high level of refined, inventive cooking and (for the quality of food served) also good value for money. Combined with informative and warm service from our waitress (Michella?) it was a superb dining experience, to be recommended. Thank you.

    Outstanding quality food in the heart of the Wine Country Had excellent positive surprise in having such high quality meal. The menu was comprehensive and rich with variety of interesting Antipasti, first and second course. I had superb Duck, my colleagues had very fresh and tasty fish. As a starter we got nice Amuse Buosh. On top of all, Michella who served us was very efficient professional and polite. Finally, it was great Value for Money .

    We had a fantastic dinner here on the last night of our holiday. Food was creative and delicious, beautifully prepared and presented; the service attentive but relaxed. We judged it the best meal of an excellent week in The area, and good value

    My Italian is limited but it was close to Perfecto! Good service, good food. Only one point was dessert, the homemade tiramisu my favorite dessert let me down. Other then that I highly recommend this place.
